Description
Chionanthus oblanceolatus (also called Oblanceolate Fringe Tree, among many other common names) is a shrub native to Central and South America. It grows up to 2 m in height and has white flowers with yellow centers. It is found in moist soils, along streams, and in disturbed areas.
