Description
Rhodamnia kamialiensis (also called Kamiali Palm, among many other common names) is a species of palm tree native to Madagascar. It has a single trunk that grows up to 10 m tall and is covered with a dense layer of fibers. The leaves are fan-shaped and can reach up to 2 m in length. It grows in humid tropical forests and is often found in the understory of the forest.

The flowers of Rhodamnia kamialiensis are small and yellow, with a short, four-lobed corolla and a long, slender calyx. The seeds are small and black, with a long, slender, pointed shape. The seedlings are short and stout, with a single pair of cotyledons and a short, stout stem.
