Description

Psidium cattleianum (also called Strawberry guava, Cattley guava, or Cherry guava, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree, usually reaching a height of 5-7 m. It is native to Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. It grows in tropical and subtropical regions, in open and disturbed areas, such as roadsides, pastures, and secondary forests.
