Description

Gossia virotii (also called Virot's Gossia, among many other common names) is a plant species in the family Myrtaceae. It is a small tree or shrub, up to 8 m tall, with white flowers. It is native to the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, Colombia, and Peru. It grows in lowland and montane rainforest, as well as in disturbed areas.
