Description

Ficus lepicarpa (also called Smooth-fruited Fig, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Moraceae. It is native to Southeast Asia, New Guinea, and Australia, and it typically grows in tropical and subtropical rainforests. It is a large shrub or small tree, with large, leathery, ovate-shaped leaves and small yellow-green flowers. It produces small, yellow-green figs.
