Description

Claytonia rosea (also called Rose Springbeauty, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to North America. It has a basal rosette of linear leaves and a flowering stem that can reach up to 15 cm in height. The flowers are white and have five petals. It grows in moist woodlands, meadows, and alpine tundra.
