Rhaphiostylis madagascariensis (also called 'Madagascan Rhaphiostylis' and 'Madagascan Ericaceae', among many other common names) is a shrub native to Madagascar. It has an upright habit and grows to a height of about 2 m. Its leaves are obovate and dark green in color. It is found in moist forests, grasslands, and scrublands.
