Description
Astrotrichilia asterotricha (also called Star-leaved Trichilia, among many other common names) is a small, evergreen tree native to tropical regions of South and Central America. It grows to a height of up to 15 meters and has a dense, rounded crown. Its leaves are alternate, lanceolate, and have a glossy green color. It is found in tropical rainforests, and prefers moist, well-drained soils.
