Description
Monochaetum exaltatum (also called 'Tall Monochaetum', among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Melastomataceae family. It is native to the tropical regions of Central and South America, and can be found in wet forests and along streams. It is a small shrub with lanceolate leaves and white flowers.
