Microlicia firmula (also called Firm Microlicia, among many other common names) is a small shrub or tree, up to 8 m tall, with a straight trunk and a dense, rounded crown. It is native to Brazil and is found in the Atlantic Forest biome, in moist and wet forests, from sea level up to 1,000 m altitude.
