Description

Abelmoschus hostilis (also called 'Hostile okra', among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Malvaceae. It is native to Central and South America, where it is found in wet tropical forests. It is an evergreen perennial herb with lanceolate leaves and yellow flowers.
