Description

Diplopterys lucida (also called Shining Diplopterys, among many other common names) is a small shrub or tree up to 5 m tall. It is native to India, Sri Lanka, and Thailand, and is found in dry deciduous forests and scrublands. It has small, ovate leaves with a pointed tip and a hairy underside.
