Cultivation and Propagation

Genlisea pulchella can be propagated by division or by seed. To propagate by division, carefully remove the plant from the pot and divide the root ball into several sections, making sure that each section has a few roots attached. Plant each section in a separate pot filled with a well-draining soil mix. To propagate by seed, sow the seeds in a moist soil mix and keep the soil moist until the seeds germinate. Once the seedlings have emerged, thin them out to prevent overcrowding.
