Barringtonia macrostachya (also called Powder-puff, Sea Poison Tree, and Fish Poison Tree, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Lecythidaceae family. It is native to tropical Asia, from India to the Philippines, and is found in mangrove swamps, beach forests, and other coastal habitats.
