Description

Persea fragrans (also called Chinese bayberry, among many other common names) is an evergreen tree native to China, Taiwan, and Vietnam. It grows up to 15 meters in height and has a trunk diameter of up to 30 cm. Its habitat is in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests.
