Persea cinerascens (also called Gray Avocado, and Gray Alligator Pear, among many other common names) is a species of evergreen tree native to Central America and Mexico. It typically grows to a height of 10–20 m (33–66 ft) and has a broad, rounded crown. It is found in tropical and subtropical regions, as well as in dry and moist forests.
