Description
Litsea pentaflora (also called Five-Flowered Litsea, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub or small tree native to China, Taiwan, and Vietnam. It grows in moist forests, thickets, and along streams at elevations of 600–2,400 m. The plant has simple, alternate leaves and white flowers. It produces small, yellow-green, edible fruits.
