Description

Cryptocarya depauperata (also called Depauperate Laurel, among many other common names) is a medium-sized evergreen tree native to Australia and New Zealand. It has a dense, rounded crown and grows up to 15 m tall. Its leaves are glossy, dark green and lanceolate, and its flowers are small and yellow-green. It is found in wet sclerophyll forests and rainforest margins.
