Description

Hyptidendron leucophyllum (also called 'White-leaf Mahogany' and 'Cabralea', among many other common names) is a small tree or shrub native to the Caribbean and Central America. It has a dense crown, with a crooked trunk and a smooth, grey bark. It grows in tropical dry forests, as well as in wetter areas, such as mangrove forests and swamps.
