Jungermannia mastigophora (also called Bristly Jungermannia, among many other common names) is a species of liverwort in the family Jungermanniaceae. It is a small, yellowish-green thallose liverwort with a smooth, glossy surface. It is native to Australia, New Zealand, and New Caledonia, and grows in moist, shady places on soil, rocks, and tree trunks.
