Vantanea macrocarpa (also called ‘Para rubber’, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Euphorbiaceae. It is a small tree, growing up to 10 meters in height, with a trunk up to 30 cm in diameter. It is native to the Amazon rainforest in Ecuador, and is found in humid lowland forests.
