Description
Heliconia tacarcunae (also called Tacarcuna Heliconia, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Heliconiaceae family. It is native to Central and South America, and is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests. It is an evergreen perennial herbaceous plant with a height of up to 2 meters. It has long, narrow leaves and yellow-orange flowers.
