Description
Heliconia librata (also called Librate Heliconia, among many other common names) is a species of evergreen perennial in the family Heliconiaceae. It is native to the Caribbean, Central America, and northern South America. It typically grows in moist, shady, and humid habitats in tropical and subtropical climates.
