Description
Columnea filipes (also called 'Thread-footed Columnea', among many other common names) is an epiphytic shrub native to Central and South America. It has long, thin stems with oval, leathery leaves and small, yellow flowers. Its stems are covered in long, silky hairs. It typically grows in moist, shady forests and on the trunks of trees.
