Description
Lomatogonium brachyantherum (also called Short-anthered Lomatogonium, among many other common names) is a perennial herb that grows up to 20 cm tall. It is native to the Himalayas, from India to China, and is found in grassy meadows, shrubberies, and open forests at elevations of 3000-5000 m.

The flower of Lomatogonium brachyantherum is yellow with five petals. The seed is small, round, and black. The seedlings are small, thin, and green.
