Description
Castanopsis corallocarpus (also called Corallocarpus Castanopsis, among many other common names) is a species of evergreen tree native to Taiwan. It is a medium-sized tree, growing up to 15 m tall, with a trunk up to 40 cm in diameter. It is found in humid montane forests, at elevations of 500–2,000 m.
