Description

Vigna mungo (also called Mung bean, among many other common names) is an annual herbaceous plant native to the Indian subcontinent. It grows up to 40 cm tall and has small, white flowers. It prefers dry, sandy soils and is found in fields, roadsides, and other disturbed areas.
