Description

Vachellia douglasica (also called Acacia douglasica, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree native to the temperate forests of North America. It has a rounded crown and a short trunk, with smooth, greyish bark. Its leaves are alternate, oblong-lanceolate, dark green in color, and up to 8 cm long. It is found in the temperate forests of Canada and the United States.
