Lupinus subacaulis (also called Subcaulescent Lupine, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Fabaceae. It is native to western North America. It is a perennial herb growing to a height of 0.3–1 m. It is found in dry, open, rocky areas, often on serpentine soils.
