Description

Dalea gattingeri (also called Gattinger's Prairie Clover, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the south-central United States. It has a woody stem and grows up to 30 cm tall. Its leaves are alternate and pinnately compound with 5-7 leaflets. It produces small, white flowers in the summer. It is found in prairies, open woodlands, and along roadsides.
