Description

Acacia auriculiformis (also called Earleaf Acacia, among many other common names) is a species of flowering tree in the Fabaceae family. It is native to tropical Asia and is found in the moist lowland forests of the Indian subcontinent. The tree grows to a height of 10–15 m and has a trunk diameter of up to 30 cm. Its bark is grey-brown and its leaves are pinnate with 3–7 leaflets.
