Euphorbia socotrana (also called 'Socotran Spurge' and 'Socotran Cushion Spurge', among many other common names) is an evergreen, succulent shrub native to the island of Socotra. It has a woody stem and branches that are covered with sharp thorns. The leaves are oval-shaped and green in color. It is found in dry, rocky areas and in open woodlands.
