Codiaeum trichocalyx (also called Trichocalyx croton, among many other common names) is a shrub native to the Canary Islands. It has a bushy growth habit and grows to heights of up to 3m. Its leaves are glossy and have a yellow-green colouration. It prefers well-drained soils in full sun or partial shade.
