Description

Acalypha variabilis (also called Variable acalypha, among many other common names) is a species of evergreen shrub or small tree in the family Euphorbiaceae. It is native to tropical regions of the Americas, and grows in coastal scrub and woodlands. It has ovate leaves, red flowers, and small, round, edible fruits.
