Description

Acalypha boinensis (also called Boin Acalypha, among many other common names) is a shrub species native to the Caribbean. It is a small, slow-growing plant with a single, upright stem that can reach up to 1.5 meters in height. Its leaves are bright green, lanceolate, and up to 10 cm long. It is found in tropical and subtropical climates in open woodlands and dry forests.
