Vaccinium scyphocalyx (also called Cup-Fruited Blueberry, Cup-Fruited Vaccinium, and Cup-Fruited Bilberry, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub native to eastern North America. It typically grows in acidic soils in bogs, heaths, and mountains. It has small, oval-shaped leaves and bell-shaped, white flowers. The edible blue-black berries are tart and acidic.
