Sphenotoma dracophylloides (also called Bamboo Orchid, among many other common names) is a species of terrestrial orchid native to tropical and subtropical regions of South America. It is a perennial herbaceous plant with a creeping rhizome and a stem that grows up to 40 cm tall. It has long, narrow leaves with a pointed tip and small white flowers. It grows in moist, shady areas, often in dense forests.
