Description
Rigiolepis leptantha (also called Japanese Holly Fern, among many other common names) is a small evergreen fern native to Japan and China. It has lance-shaped fronds with a glossy, dark green upper surface and a paler, silvery-green underside. It prefers moist, shady areas and is often found growing in woodlands and along streams.
