Description
Lyonia truncata (also called Dwarf Fetterbush, Dwarf Maleberry, and Dwarf Staggerbush, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub that grows up to 4 feet tall. It has leathery, dark green leaves and small, white flowers that bloom in the spring. It is native to the southeastern United States and is found in dry, sandy soils in open woodlands and along roadsides.
