Leucothoe subcanescens (also called the Subcanescent Leucothoe, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Ericaceae. It is native to the Andean regions of Bolivia and Peru. It is found in montane forests, at elevations of 1000–3000 m. It is an evergreen shrub or small tree, growing to 2–5 m tall.
