Description
Cavendishia quereme (also called Quereme-Cavendishia, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree of the Ericaceae family. It is native to the Andes of Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, and can be found in humid montane forests at elevations of 1,500-3,000 m. It grows up to 8 m tall and has alternate, oblong-lanceolate leaves.
