Description

Agapetes alberti-edwardii (also called Albert-Edward's Agapetes, among many other common names) is a perennial evergreen shrub native to the Himalayas. It grows in moist, shady forests, at elevations of up to 3,000 meters. It has glossy, leathery leaves and clusters of small, white flowers with yellowish-green centers and purplish-brown spots, and hairy sepals.
