Drosera patens (also called Spoon-leaved Sundew, among many other common names) is a species of carnivorous plant in the Droseraceae family. It is a small herbaceous plant, growing up to 30 cm tall. It is native to Australia, and is found in wet heathlands and swamps. It is also found in disturbed habitats such as roadsides.
