Description
Dillenia insignis (also called 'Elephant Apple' and 'Pomme d'Elephant', among many other common names) is a large evergreen tree that can reach up to 25 m in height. It is native to tropical regions of Southeast Asia, and prefers habitats with high humidity and rainfall.
