Description

Diapensia himalaica (also called 'Himalayan Diapensia', among many other common names) is a small, evergreen shrub native to the Himalayas. It typically grows in rocky, open woods and thickets, often in sandy soils. It has small, ovate leaves that are covered in a silvery-gray down. It produces small, white, bell-shaped flowers in the summer.
