Description
Isolepis inconspicua (also called Slender Isolepis, among many other common names) is a perennial herb that grows up to 10 cm tall. It has a creeping rhizome and its leaves are linear and 1-2 cm long. It is native to South America and is found in wet meadows and along streams.
