Eleocharis attenuata (also called Slender Spikerush, among many other common names) is a perennial plant that is native to South Africa, and is found in moist habitats such as marshes, streams, and lakes. It has long, slender stems with narrow, linear leaves that are arranged in a fan-like pattern. The flowers are small and white in color, and are arranged in a spike-like inflorescence.
