Coleotrype lutea (also called Yellow-flowered Coleotrype, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Acanthaceae. It is an evergreen shrub or small tree, typically growing to a height of 2–5 m. It is native to tropical Africa, from Senegal east to Ethiopia and south to Angola. It is found in a variety of habitats, from dry savanna to moist forest.
