Description
Aneilema pomeridianum (also called afternoon aneilema, among many other common names) is an annual herbaceous plant native to India, Sri Lanka, and the Andaman Islands. It has long, narrow leaves with pointed tips, and its flowers are small and yellow. It grows in moist, shady areas, such as near streams and in forests.

Cultivation and Propagation
Aneilema pomeridianum is a perennial herb that grows in moist to wet soils in full sun to partial shade. It can be propagated by seed or division. Seeds should be sown in a well-drained soil mix and kept moist. Division can be done in the spring or fall. The rhizomes should be divided into sections with at least two buds each.
