Description

Garcinia gummi-gutta (also called African Mangosteen, among many other common names) is a small tree or shrub that grows up to 10 m tall. It is native to tropical Africa and is found in lowland rainforest and moist riverine forest. It has glossy, dark green leaves and yellow flowers.
